1. Subscription Plans
Replenish'd offers monthly auto-ship subscription plans for Mama-Flow and Mama-Go products, available in 3-month and 6-month cycles. All subscriptions are pay-as-you-go — you are charged monthly, not upfront for the full cycle.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. You can cancel by:
- Logging into your account at replenishd.co.za and managing your subscription directly, or
- Emailing us at info@replenishd.co.za with your order number and the subject line "Subscription Cancellation."
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before a scheduled renewal may result in that order being processed and fulfilled. In that case, the order will not be refunded but a store credit will be issued (see Section 4).
3. No Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, we do not offer cash refunds or reversals to the original payment method.
This applies to:
- Orders that have already been fulfilled and dispatched
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the renewal date
4. Store Credit
In place of refunds, Replenish'd issues store credit in the following circumstances:
- Unfulfilled orders: If your order has been charged but not yet fulfilled or dispatched, you will receive store credit equal to the full order value.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of renewal: If your cancellation request falls within the 48-hour window and your order has already processed, store credit will be issued.
- Damaged or defective products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. These cases are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on replenishd.co.za.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@replenishd.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos where possible
We will review each case individually and respond within 3 business days. Store credit will be issued where a valid claim is confirmed. We reserve the right to request the return of the product before issuing credit.
6. Changes to This Policy
Replenish'd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our subscription service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
