All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

ORDER TRACKING

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
If the courier cannot complete delivery, they may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If incorrect information is provided and the order has already been dispatched, additional courier fees may apply to redirect the shipment.

DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
